Cancellation Policy

All Booking requests made without a deposit placed will not be taken into consideration. A deposit must be placed for multiple reasons: 1. To verify the indentity of the client. 2. To protect against fraud, or malicious intent 3. To ensure the client is serious about his/her request and will be punctual at the time requested. In any circumstance that a job is not able to be fulfilled, or that not enough information was passed along by the client to fully access the time of work; your deposit will be fully refunded. All pricing is based on average work time per job. In the case that a job is more complex than our mechanics have expected, a price adjustment may be required to perform the job. At which case your mechanic will contact management to further access the details of the matter. Clients must reschedule appointments no sooner than 12 hours in advance and may cancel appointments up to 12 hours before your appointment. A 20% cancelation fee will be accessed fro your deposit amount.
