Shipping Policy

Orders normally take 24 hours for processing, plus 1-5 days shipping depending on destination. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses so please always provide a physical address for shipping.

Refund Policy

Items may be returned 7 days upon delivery after first contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the product in a damaged, or unsatisfactory condition. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are rejected, the merchandise will be sent back to you.

When shipping merchandise, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
