Orders normally take 24 hours for processing, plus 1-5 days shipping depending on destination. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses so please always provide a physical address for shipping.

Items may be returned 7 days upon delivery after first contacting us within 24 hours of receiving the product in a damaged, or unsatisfactory condition. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was received we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are rejected, the merchandise will be sent back to you.
